Staff & Support
Our coaches and athletes are the face of our mission, but behind every league, camp, or event are talented individuals that make up our support staff. From our directors doing footwork to find fields and meet with influential donors, to our administrators assisting parents with registration… our representatives in the field, connecting with students at their high schools and practices, and even our marketing team, generating newsletters and reaching prospective athletes on social media platforms.
We are proud of our skilled and passionate team members who have dedicated their time and talents to bolster our mission, in His service.
Your contribution greatly helps us focus on our goals and what we do best — growing our ministries through the influence of sports and camaraderie.
Each athlete, Coach and Staff member represents more than One Person, it represents a whole family Impacted by our cause.

Coach Groom
(Boys 2011)
I’ve been coaching soccer for about 8 years now. Started off coaching rec soccer for 6 years and now entering my second year here at FCA. My goal is to develop my players, develop strategies to perform well and teach them how to work together collectively on the field. Each player is specific to their abilities, but I believe it’s my job to develop a positive environment and winning attitude and enrich our youth through the practices of Jesus Christ. The team’s biggest accomplishment was being the SoCal Elite Labor Day champions in September 2024. I’m very proud of the work the team has put forth and looking forward to what the future holds.
Coach Galindez
(Boys 2012)
I have played soccer most of my life at a competitive level. I’ve been coaching for about 10 months. I have learned to love teaching kids how to play soccer. I took a recreational team and have been trying to help these kids play as a competitive team. They are slowly coming out of their shells. My reward is watching them play, and I see the work they put into the show in games. At first, I didn’t know why coaches would coach. It’s a lot of work, dedication, and time spent. But at the end of the day, I love seeing those smiles and their skills grow.

Coach Aaron Gonzales
(Boys 2008) – (Boys 2010) – (Boys 2016)
I have been coaching soccer since I was 18, from rec to club. Having played soccer since I was 3 years old, my love for the game began early. As well I have been a referee since the age of 13, allowing even more understanding of the game, which helps teach the game to those I coach. I look forward to many successful years in the future with FCA HD and building and developing players.
Coach Garcia
(Boys 2013)
My name is Bryan Garcia! I’m 24 years old, and soccer has been a big part of my life for the past 20 years. I’ve dedicated the past 4 years to coaching club and high school players. I’m currently the coach for the FCA 2013 High Desert boys! It has been amazing to experience the growth of the team within themselves, on the field, and on their journey with Christ! I’m grateful to FCA for allowing me the experience of being a part of the club from its beginning days and being able to see where it has come in the past 2 years. Seeing the growth of the club and my team, goes to show that anything is possible with God at the center of it.
Coach Caudle
Having been a coach for over 30 years in Recreational, High School, and Clubs of various ages, I find the passion and love of the game, as well as teaching and developing players, has continued to energize my own learning year after year. Being the Board Chairman for FCA HD has blessed me with the opportunity to work with many other like-minded people to build and direct the growth of the soccer club and the mission of opening hearts to God’s love. With the support of our coaches and support staff, we look forward to welcoming more players and their families into the FCA HD family.
